Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that allows users to send and read each other's updates, also known as Tweet. Tweet is text-based posts of up to 140 characters in the author's profile page and to other users - known as a promoter - that they have signed. Sender can supply to in their circle of friends or of open-access standard. Users can send and receive Tweet Tweet via website, Short Message Service (SMS) or external applications. The service is free of charge via the Internet, but emerge with SMS, phone-service provider fees.
Since its founding in 2006 by Jack Dorsey, Twitter has been notability and popularity worldwide.
